This is the second time that I've had flowers delivered to me from them and they are horrible. I can't believe that my family has thrown their money down the crapper by ordering from this company. I'm suspicious that they're only used by a bigger name group (Teleflora, FTD, etc.) The last time that I received a huge bouquet, they all died the next day. Seeing the company didn't seem to have a web page and I couldn't get thru on the phone, I decided to drive to the place as it's not far from my home. There was NO flower shop there! A house on a residential street was all that I found, and I didn't have the nerve to go up the long driveway and knock on the door. So, I got roses for my birthday. 10 red and 9 pink. Do florists sell vases with 19 roses? I've always gotten them by the dozens before! The first pink one drooped about an hour after delivery. And, overnight .... the rest of the pink ones took a dump.
