We took both of our dogs there about two years ago and checked them in for a four day stay while we went on a trip. When we picked them up about 6 pm the pet attendant stated that they had not had a chance let them go the bathroom before we picked them up. So the wife and I took them outside before loading them in the truck. To our surprise both dogs pooped and peed several times, about three days worth. It is our opinion that they probably did not let them outside at least for a day, maybe more. We have not and will not use this place again.
