I am a single mother with 2 kids work very hard to just stay above I am on 2 probations and I am doing the best I can for the crime I have done as far as doing everything required by the judge and probation. There are some really rude,disrespectful,and ignorant people that works with the court alternatives,I have done nothing to deserve such disrespect. I have tried to leave messages several time their are two ladies their AMANDA AND Tonya who are very rude disrespectful. I have ask to speak with the supervisor but was turn down and refused as well as being hung up on several times over and over. I was simple trying to explain my current situation as far as work and how I can work out a better payment plain. I was refused and hung up on only to hear them say when I called back that they refuse payment and that they are going to fill out criminal charges against me. which means it will violate me and all of this could be avoided. Why through me under the bus when i AM trying to do right? THERE IS NO WHERE ELSE TO TURN AND NOW IM POSSIBLY GOING TO BE VIOLATED FOR NOT BEING RICH, OR LOSING MY JOB.
