CLEARLY THESE PEOPLE DO...im more than fed up! >\r\n\r\nYou refunded me back my money and never refunded me back my "deposit" that Kristen farr explained we had to pay...I lost $55.00 with your company and got rotten food AND NO REFUND AS PROMISED FOR THE ROTTEN FOOD (ANOTHER LIE FROM KRISTEN). So as far as me being satisfied with your services and your product IM NOT and i will continue to write reviews because i feel your management is sloppy and your produce is not fresh. One of your women gave me mis information which led me to losing money as well as getting ripped off with rotten food. Im not even buying from local farmers!!! By the time i get the veggies there limp with an ice pack on top of them...I'm just better off going to a farmers market where i know people are honest and the food is fresh. I will not be going back to your company EVER, I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and i feel ripped off. I live pretty far from Orion Herbs and since the owner, Orion, is not looking to relocate any time soon, I am only giving them 4 stars... (hint, hint)\t\n\t\nThat being said, asides from the fact that I drive 2 hours just the get to Miami Beach, this place is AMAZING! They offer Chinese herbs in the most convenient-to-take format possible (liquids and powders) and they are right next door to 2 very knowledgeable acupuncturists (Dan Nevel & Jeff Prol). The staff is friendly and the owner Orion Nevel really knows his herbs as well as everything else he has on inventory (which is always growing with each time that I stop by)I stock up on my New Chapter vitamins, some of which are less expensive than at Whole Foods and they have soaps and lotions which work great on dry skin & acne.
