This is the official application to you will submit to the Secretary of State's office within your State. Information you must have when filling out your Articles of Organization: Name of the Company- You will have to select a name for your business. Step 2 - Mail the Articles of Organization and filing fee to the Secretary of State's office. You have officially filed for your very own company so sit back and wait until your LLC arrives in the mail. Step 3 - If you wish to open a bank account you will have to get a tax ID number from the IRS. This is very easily done and you can do it right online at the IRS Website. That's it!
