I made my appointment one week in advance and arrived 30 minutes earlier. However after one hour of waiting no one seen to care. I asked the front desk person and she just reply with a coarse "we are a little behind today" To add insult to injury, all walk ins that arrived after me and without appointments were treated before me. I know they didn't have appointments because they were loud. One of them even mentioned that a friend of him will help him to get treatment without appointment. The entire waiting room was left empty except for me and I receive zero sympathy from staff, no even a kind excuse. After one hour waiting I left, thinking that I need a new dentist.
