One of the noisiest places & the most irresponsible management ever! I’ve lived here for 1 year & will be moving out next month as they are raising the rent by $80 a month! From very first day I’ve had roaches almost everywhere & tried everything to get rid of them. Our neighbors on all sides are sooo noisy, constantly running up and down my hallway and it gte creasier as they slam the door at 2 AM & wake me up. The walls are super thin that you can easily hear the TV, radio or music playing by neighbors on all sides. Oftentimes the hallway smells marijuana that is supper annoying. The bathroom’s small and has no medicine cabinet. The kitchen has only one electrical outlet and a very small counter and if I put only my microwave on it, there won’t be more room for other things on the counter. There are only 2 washers/dryers on each level some of which are constantly broken. You can see plenty of pet hair inside the washers/dryers! absolutely so disgusting and gross to me! The gym here sucks, there are only a few old machines including 2 treadmills one of which has been broken even before I moved in as I’ve heard. the restroom inside it is so dirty. The trees in the parking lot have screwed up my car paint. The sap tree has stained all my car. I paid $82 to busy bee to remove the spots and sap but still tracks have been left. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate is broken every other day and security guard lets ANYONE in if they feels like it. In the 2nd month I moved in, someone broke into my car in the parking lot. One more ridiculous thing is that Deposits are returned from NY within 30 days of vacating! ...read more
