Hi folks, This is a note to tell you and anyone who sees this that you have the very best taxi driver ever, in taxi No. 178. He not only provided excellent service in getting me to the Miami airport on time this morning, along with a very friendly chat, but he then did the most amazing thing and heard my cell phone ringing -- I inadvertently left it on the back seat -- and turned around and went back to the airport, found the airport official who was helping me, gave her my phone. I called a taxi a late Saturday night, we where at sunset place leaving the movie theaters.(786) 242-7117 when I called this number instead of being directed to a company I was directly connected to the driver. The driver picked us and immediately got on the phone. He spent the entire time talking on his cell phone, with no Bluetooth or earphone on. When we got near my house he missed the street he was supposed to turn on, Which I pointed out to him. Heimmediately hung up his phone and began to pay attention to the road. He also seemed to have panicked when he realized he had missed the street. Finally when we were a few blocks away I asked if he would discount the extra cash on his computer because he had missed the road and it cost us $6 more dollars. He answered me with attitude and said it's just a few more blocks what ever lady. I was so disgusted by his attitude andlack of professional behavior. I will never ride with this # or company ever again. He was light skinned, real old, balding at the back of his head, had white hair and spoke another odd language like hebrew, muslim or a language from India. I couldn't tell.
