Kickboxing is an amazing workout. I feel that everyone at the Doral location is very enthusiastic, willing to help and motivate you to keep going and pushing yourself but always reminding you to stay within your limits. I hate going to traditional gyms, and very easily tend to give up. But the classes at Ilovekickboxing are entertaining and fun, time goes by quickly and you can always move at your own pace. Lack of professionalism and integrity is what this place is all about. Don't waste your time nor money in this place, it's not worth either. There is never enough staff, the instructors never last more than a few months (I wonder why?). The facility does not have the necessities (water, clean restroom, etc. ). Classes are often times cancelled without any prior notification due to lack of staff. And worst of all, the owner doesn't care for his clients. After I decided to cancel my membership, it took me dozens of messages, calls, emails that often went unanswered until I got their attention through social media. And still, they won't refund me for unused Personal Training classes!!! ...read more
