C O.04/07/2014 When my daughter was 6 months old, I went to check out Sunny Start Pre-School. I immediately knew this was the place for her when I was greeted by the infant teacher with a big smile. All the children in the school looked happy and all the classrooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean and cared for. Four years later, my little girl is about to start VPK at this amazing school. I am heartbroken because she only has one year left here. In this bilingual environment, my daughter learned to sing the ABCs by the time she was 14 months old. She learned her colors and shapes before she was 2. Around 22 months, the teachers were fully invested in helping me get her potty-trained. And around 3 years old, my little girl was learning to write the letters of her name. This school definitely deserves the title "preschool" versus daycare. The teachers and director, Jennifer, make it each moment the students are with them valuable. Students not only excel in academic endeavors, but they are taught respect, good manners, and how to solve conflicts between each other. Thank you Little Shavers for teaching, loving and caring for our kids. Both of my kids attend(ed) the best learning center in town. They not only teach but are loving, caring and pacient with the kids. These teachers are heaven sent! I have nothing negative to say about the place, the teachers, and most of all the loving atmosphere that they provide to all the kids. My daughter will be graduating this coming June, 2013 and I will miss them all dearly. But, regardless I will always be thankfull to all the teachers for being there, participate and experience the things that I, as a working mother could not witness.
