This company also operates under BNC-GC. Operated by Jonathan Moore. Took almost $30,000 from us to start a guest house expansion on our property in Palm Beach County for my parents. Months went by, he never started the project. Six months later we're still battling with him to return our deposit after he refused to start our project because he felt it was under-quoted to start! He lied about purchasing materials - he lied about timelines. He basically took $30k of my elderly parents money to do nothing. And now six months later they're paying interest and fees for loans they took out to build an inlaw guest house, as well as storage fees for all of their belongings while they share a bedroom with my oldest daughter. We wanted to believe that Mr Moore was just a good guy stuck in a bad position, taking from Peter to pay Paul. However, he has lied numerous times about returning our deposit. In fact, we later found out although he is licensed in the state of Florida, he is not in the county of Palm Beach. Which means he committed fraud by taking our funds knowing he couldn't build.
