Why do I get charged a late fee when my payment is due on the tenth and you cashed on the seventh? Why when I stated that you've done this in the past and been proven wrong and that I don't believe you have a license to do business in Michigan do you sell my loan to Clear Springs within 48 hours and list it as in collections when it has paid on time since 2007? Buyer beware, we hired Good Day Holdings to rip up 1,000 sq feet of tile and lay down new tile. David Guttentag had workers come to rip up tile and no one ever came back. He breached the contract and could not complete the job. Cost us $2,000 to stay in a hotel until we found another contractor, Guttentag took $2700 deposit. He never laid out a penny for the job and the workers told us he did not pay them. But he saw fit to keep $1,700 of our hard earned money when he left us in a huge mess. Please do not give this contractor any monies until the work is done. He is not a good person and certainly not a good contractor. ...read more
