I travel about fifteen miles from my home to visit Dr. Geoffrey James. As long as he continues his practice and accepts my medical plan I will continue to see him. As most ladies, I dread going for my annual check up with the gynecologist. I really was not looking forward to going, this was my first appointment with Dr. Goodman and was not looking forward to the exam. To my surprise this was the best experience I have had with a doctor. Dr. Goodman introduce herself and she engaged me in conversation. I was so surprised I was not being rush to give my history and hurried to get the exam over and for her to move on to her next patient. By the time she conducted my exam I felt that I had known her for years and she was an old friend. I can honestly say this was my best experience with a doctor. I have never met unprofessional staff ,doctor like this one !!!!! As soon as I walked in I forgot all my paperwork and I informed the receptionist that I wanted to have the pill. The receptionist told me okay charge me $400. And transferred me to the next room without explaining anything to me. I walked into a room there was a doctor with a sandwich and my medical records. He took a bite of the sandwich told me to open my legs and examined me without any gloves!!!!! Then told me after that I could come back in a week!! This place is very unprofessional and for sure not sanitary I don't!!!! After the doctor turned around open up the door and started screaming at on his employees about why they didn't explain to me the procedure that was being done to me, he also told the mail receptionist to please come inside the room and ask him why he had not explained to me the situation and the procedure while I was dressing myself!!!!!
