When I sat down with Miriam (Montalvo¿s secretary), I was informed on all the type of debt I was allowed to place in the bankruptcy. She also explained to me that Government student loans could not be place under bankruptcy but I could place private student loans into my bankruptcy because it comes from a private bank and has no affiliation with the government. She wanted to confirm what she had told me so she walked to montalvo¿s room and she came back confirming that what she had said was correct.Now seven months later after the bankruptcy,onJuly2013 I get a call from chase student loans stating that I owe them such and such amount for my student loans.
