How do your prospects and customers search for your products and services in Google? Your prospects and customers search for your products and services in Google, using one word or phrase related to one of your following four business categories: 1.  Products names. 2.  Services names. 3.  Products and services brands. 4.  Prospects and customer needs or problems that are satisfied or resolved with your products and services. How to be at the first page of Google when your prospects and customers search for your products and services? You have to permanently write, publish, and distribute articles about your products and services, and how they satisfy your prospects and customer needs, and how they solve your prospects and customer problems. These articles must have in their content, the words or phrases that your prospects and customers use to search for your products and services in Google. How do we know what are those words or phrases that your prospects and customers use to search for your products and services in Google? We have to plan, design, and execute a key phrase analysis (KA) for your business. How do we plan, design, and execute a Key Phrase analysis? We use in our agency a classic design Cartesian method to execute a Key Phrase Analysis (KA). We use an excel file and we write in each column all the four business categories described above: products names; services names; brands names; prospects and customer needs and problems. Then we begin to write in each one of these four columns, all the words and phrases that go there in each one of these four business categories in a logic relevant manner. Once we have added to each column all the words and phrases that logically apply to be there, we take each one of those words and phrases that belong to each one of the four business categories already mentioned above, and we go to the Google Keyword Planner and feed this Google tool with each one of the words and phrases that we produce in the excel file described above. Google Keyword Planner gives us one excel file for each word or phrase that we feed in the Google tool, with a list of words and phrases that people are using in Google search related to the word or phrase that we fed in the Google tool. We begin to download all those excel files that the Google Keyword Planner gives us with all the words and phrases that people are using in Google search related to the four business categories mentioned above: products names, services names, brands names, and prospects and customer’s needs and problems. So far the Key Phrase Analysis Cartesian method has been quite easy to execute. Now comes the handcraft method to open each excel file that the Google Keyword Planner gave us with all the words and phrases that people are using in Google to search for your products and services, and manually select those that are logically relevant and have high use. Those words and phrases that are logically relevant to be used to search for your products and services with high use. High relevance and high use. We make a final excel file with these chosen words and phrases, and we then go to the article plan phase. We open another excel file and write all the selected words and phrases, and we create a title and a topic for the article that we will write for each word and phrase selected in the Key Phrase Analysis described above. One article for each word or phrase that people are using to search in Google for your products and services. Then, we begin to write, publish, and distribute all these articles in a permanent manner. This method will position our customer at the first page of Google search results. You have to comply with NAP consistency, meaning that your Business NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE (NAP), must be the same in all your owned media channels, from URL domain name to social networks, guest blogs, directory listings, business association listings, and Google marketing products. Before you write the articles, you have to setup, design, develop, and launch the main Google marketing products: Gmail, Search Console, Analytics, My Business, MAPS. You have to approve the Google website performance tests; and you have to comply with the Google Webmaster Guidelines. You also have to comply with few technicalities, such as URL domain name security (https://), and website security with SSL certificates.
