They are very rude to you and look down on you because you dont know how to do these activities. They tried to be nice but would throw jabs in every now and again. The lessons were way to expensive and they really didnt teach you everything you really needed to know. If you are going to take lessons, find a place in the keys or in Orlando. We had friends that did both and they both learned way more than we did for half the money and half the time. These people should be shut down. ...read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Being told the backstage pass was $11.99, I signed up only to find it is $11.99 a MONTH. Also told I could cancel at any time, but calling to cancel I was told I had to wait for about 8-10 days to cancel, because they didn't have a record of my purchase. Calling FYE at the mall to tell them I wasn't told it was $11.99 per MONTH, instead of a one time charge, I was told to wait to wait 48 hours to cancel.
