We were so surprised to find an engineering company that did home inspections too.We have had some bad experiences in the past with inspectors that say they were licensed and really took us for a ride. This company has engineers that oversee every inspection.We had the option of getting an enigineer seal on the reports and forms which for us verified that we were doing business with a reputable company.The fees were very reasonable and we even got a discount since they only came out once but did 2 inspections at the same time.We would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a professional, legitimate company.We ended up purchsing the home and saved money on the insurance by getting a wind mitigation inspection done at the same time which we had never heard about until we called Steadfast.They also have a general contractor that they work with that assisted us with adding a Florida room.It was great working with an engineering company that can build as well as inspect. ...read more
