100% certain they are frauds. A previous string has a rep saying they went out of business. However, I made my purchase with Todd M in MAY 2010, one month after they allegedly closed doors. Todd led me along with emails for about six weeks on email and then fell off the face of the Earth. TD, "wefixcredit.com", all of it - complete frauds. I've already turned in all paperwork to my bank's fraud department and from what I understand, my bank aggressively pursues these criminals. At one point I saw poor reviews of Danny Garcia, which is why I didn't use his service. I never saw anything on TD or Todd or NAIC (which is actually Cain spelled backwards, which looks like a husband and wife team Jayson and Christy Cain who are probably in on this scam too.) Then add D&T Management group, which just adds to the alphabet soup to add to the scam. My bank is investigating this group - will keep everyone updated on what transpires. ...read more

I just got this in a email: From: NIAC INCORPORATED (roland.victor@niacincorporated.com) Sent: Fri 4/09/10 5:47 PM To: NIAC INCORPORATED (roland.victor@niacincorporated.com) I just wanted to let you know that I'm no longer in the business. I had to leave abruptly recently due to my late brother passing to be with the LORD. I know some of you wondered what happened to me and that was the reason. Even though I'm no longer doing credit repair or tradeline, as my past client, I want to make sure that you are or were taking cared of. If for any reason you are having problems, please let me know and I will get in contact with Todd for you. Thank You And May The LORD Richly Bless You, Roland Victor Office: 813.491-3706 Fax: 813.936.4874 ...read more

"What is a Notary?" from the National Notary Association Website

What is a Notary? A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government—typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations or notarial acts. Notaries are publicly commissioned as “ministerial” officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would be the case with a “judicial” official. It is the foremost duty of a Notary to screen the signers of particularly sensitive instruments — such as property deeds, wills and powers of attorney — for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the general import of the document. Some notarizations also require the Notary to put the signer under an oath declaring under penalty of perjury that the information contained in a document is true and correct. Impartiality is the byword of the Notary office and the foundation of its public trust. Notaries are duty-bound not to act in situations where they have a personal interest. The public trusts that the Notary’s critical screening tasks have not been corrupted by self-interest. And impartiality dictates that a Notary never refuse to serve a person due to race, nationality, religion, politics, sexual orientation or status as a non-customer. As official representatives of the state, Notaries Public certify the proper execution of many of the life-changing documents of private citizens — whether those diverse transactions convey real estate, grant powers of attorney, establish a prenuptial agreement, or perform the multitude of other activities that enable our civil society to function. In this modern era when business transactions between complete strangers are the norm rather than the exception, Notaries engender a trust that the critical signed documents we rely on are authentic. Such trust enables the sensitive documents of commerce and law to be exchanged between strangers with full confidence in their reliability.
