BEWARE!!! Ted (owner) engages in deceptive sales practices. Purchased a $5k laminate floor and he advised he would send his "best" guy to install. Installation was poor and now the floor is warping severely. Floor manufacture issued independent report verifying that the floor was improperly installed. At this point Ted refuses responsibility and advises his "best" installer is actually a separate company, to coincidentally relieve him of repairing/replacing. He is very attentive until paid but then will not back his work up if you have a problem. ...read more
