Donald Johnson with Heidi's Haven is a joke. He is Very rude, vulgar, and childlike. I wouldn't have any of my elderly relatives staying in Heidi's Haven due to Mr Johnson's constant memory lapses and bad judgment. Don't see how anyone can say they have 4 stars. No washcloths/towels. They give you paper towels to wash wish. Maybe they should try to wash with them there yourself and then tell me how they feel clean with it. Speaking of if you need soap/ shampoo, you will need too furnish your own. Shower is never hot enough. I guess they are cutting the water temp down also. So your shower is not hot. Unsanitary, they rinse out urinals & bedpans in the sink. The food consist of alot of bread. So if you like sandwitches than your in heaven. They don't give you options if you don't like something. Snacks, god forbid you get hungry in the night there is nothing to eat. When you ask the receptionist something @ the front desk she never makes eye contact looks down @ the floor. You stand and wait till she decides to help you.
