There should ne a zero star for this merchant. He is a incompetent liar. Measured the job wrong. Cut the back off one of the cabinets, charged us for the 2 cabinets he miss measured because I already signed the contract. It has taken 4 months to finish a simple small kitchen . BEWARE ! Once he gets your money you will never see or hear from him again. He makes his subcontractors deal with your problems and his mistakes. Ordered the wrong size replacement doors TWICE ! When I called and complained to the manufacturer he told them not to sell me anything. I had to spend an additional 700.00 to correct his mistakes. It took them 4 months to complete a simple kitchen because the owner is totally incompetent. We had to cut the back off of 1 cabinet and then order 2 other cabinets because he miss measured. He charged us 500.00 for his mistake and another 200.00 to replace the wrong cabinets. I asked him to pick up the charge as it was his mistake and he told us if we didn't like it to find another dealer to finish the job. We paid 8,600.00 for the cabinets and then had to pay him another 700.00 to fix his mistakes. If you want to do a kitchen go to IKEA and find a good installer on your own. They will charge 700.00-1000.00 to do an installation. Omega is incompetent . We had a horrible experience with them . Run for your life ! ...read more
