Owl Now Urgent Care

I was very disappointed in their care and when I reached out to contact via Facebook and left a voic email but nobody even bothered calling me back. We went to Lakeland and saw the Physicians Asst on duty that night, Dre? He was very rude. He walked in the room, looked at my daughter said what's wrong, she said she was having problems breathing. He stuck his stethoscope on her chest and said breathe, breathe faster, hurry, THREW us a script for ZPac and walked out the door. He was not in the room more than 30 seconds!! She DID NOT HAVE AN INFECTION...talk about breeding super bugs. We left there and went to the ER where they did a breathing treatment and found out her thyroid was high. We will NEVER go back to OwlNow and would seriously appreciate a refund of our copay. I have already notified the insurance company of the issue so they understood why we had the urgent care and ER visit within minutes of each other. They are lucky we went to the ER and nothing happened to my daughter because I can guarantee, they'd have a malpractice suit on their hands. I recently took advantage of their "special"- and $80 belly wrap. Afterward, the employee forced me to pay her an $24.30 tip! She said I was required to pay 18% of the FULL WRAP price, which is somewhere around $140. Are you kidding me?! Since when does the employee tell the client what to tip? They are UNPROFESSIONAL and the wraps are INEFFECTIVE! ...read more

Hi there, Im writing here to let people know about one of the products HBW has to offer, and the one I did recently was the Ionic cleanse. I dint know such a thing existed so I decided to try it out. Man, the water starts out at first clear, then after a few minutes it started to change colors, there is a color chart next to the machine that tells you what colors are what and quickly found out that I was detoxing my gallblader. after 10 minutes, wow the water was getting darker and darker, couldnt beleive all that stuff was inside of me. From heavy metals, to chemicals that surround me in my everyday life. After the30 minutes the machine turned off and my feet were cleanned and dried by one of the girls that works there, by the way they answered every question I had and even after I did the cleanse, I still had questions about the colors, couldnt beleive it!!! Made another appointment for next month to see what new colors come out lol!!!
