On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 1 for cleanliness.....Was very dissatisfied with the finance and gm Mgrs..Dave and Sam...Sam submitted an application to the bank without my approval I stated no three times when he asked if I wanted to move forward....he was rude condensending, and tried to embarrass me with my credit stating that he was only explaining every negative thing on there and asking me what happened here or there, and I had told him from the beginning I was very sick in 2009 and almost died and that's when everything hit I didn't need to be interrogated.....I said all I want to know is do I have a chance, so I decided after his techniques and rude behavior I did not want to purchase a bike form this company and he asked me again 3 times to let him put this through and 3 times I said absolutely not,and I had a witness sitting right there with me.. yet a week letter I receive a denial letter from capitalone saying I was denied for Kawasaki credit card,I never applied for that, or ever gave permission.. I was livid...I called Capitalone and they said your company submitted that, so after 3 days of trying to get some solution of taking this off from my credit report..the Gm Dave states I will find out what happened and if anything was done wrong, Sam will get written up, there's nothing more we can do after the fact..I was stumped.., I was then advised by Capitalone in the credit dept to go down to my local police dept and to write up an incident report, which I will do when I can get the time off of work....Such an aweful experience..please be aware of these guys tactics, unless you have great credit, you'll be treated very poorly and possibly the same thin will happen, if it doesn't happen on a daily basis already... ...read more
