We placed a $5,000 in which the deadline was not met as promised by not fault of ours. Not one single employee at Image Depot said they were sorry for missing the deadline or said thank you for the $5,000 order. Most of the employees were rude and unresponsive. I had issues getting my phone calls returned. I had to chase them down to do business with them. Never again. ...read more
