I've been a customer of this textile company for approximately 8-10 years. The ordering process used to be pretty simple but ever since they moved from Lakeland to their Orlando location, I've had major issues with ordering. Basically, everytime I've placed an order with them since they moved to Orlando, it's taken several days to sometimes over a week to get my products. IT IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER EXPECTING THE PRODUCTS THE NEXT DAY AND IT TAKES 4 OR 5 DAYS OR OVER A WEEK AND SEVERAL CALLS OF FRUSTRATION TO GET YOUR ORDER! AND THEIR MANAGERS TALK TO YOU AND BRAG ABOUT HOW MUCH QUANTITY THEY SELL. WELL GUESS WHAT? We ordered and PAID for 2 chairs in May 2014. We were told the chairs were in stock and would be delivered in 5 to 7 weeks. We finally received ONE chair in 12 weeks. It is now 16 weeks and we are not getting any return calls or updates. I will be beginning the processing needed to get my money back, even if it involves legal action.
