This place is owned and operated by a father & son team. Their motto is "The customer is NOT always right." After being told they could get my work done in 5-7 weeks, it took CCW 12 weeks to complete my renovations. Heard nothing from this place as to the status of my renovations in 4 weeks. The son took 6 days to even open one of my emails. His excuse, " I was busy closing on my house." Bad answer. Made changes to cabinet design requests without calling me and asking if it would be acceptable. When I finally got to pick up my coach, I told the father that my issues with them was because the son just didn't respond to my requests via email OR phone about the status of my RV. His answer: "Well, that's because he has been very busy." Another bad answer. I would NOT take my RV back here for any work.
