I wouldn't refer any patients to this man, I have repeatedly overheard him asking his staff how much do we have scheduled for tomorrow and what about so and so , did you call them that is a $10,000 case we can get in to meet our numbers not to mention high staff change over constantly just when I though the last few months he finally had some people that had brains in their heads, this man is quiet difficult to work with from what the staff says, he will put on a persona of how he thinks he is suppose to act and look and do the complete opposite, I think this man is completely un-trustworthy in a big way. It isnt is staff who has issues it is him. I can honestly say I have 4 other friends and family members that go to his office that are switching due to his unusal tactics and lack of dentistry, he doesn't do the best of work either. My daughter wasn't to thrilled about my local dentist so we got a referral for a dentist who specializes in working with children. Well let me cut to the chase. I had a good dental plan and do to the economy I lost my job and had to get on medicaid. Well I called to make an appointment for my daughter and informed them my insurance had changed and the reason why. I was then told that she would have to be put on a waiting list. Now I had called to make the appt in April 2009 for an appt for July 2009. So I said ok no problem since I have time before her 6 month cleaning was due. Well I called back in June and still got the same answer. I called back in August to find out where she was on the list. The response was "We just got to December 2008 and it probably will be a couple of more months before we get to her. I was shocked! I have been going to this dentist for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. It made me wonder if he really cared about his patients or how big his check was. ...read more
