Visiting the RIS recently, I was amazed at the unprofessional people that get jobs. The childish way that the receptionist, Cindy, who did not have her name tag on, behaved and was not patient-attentive. She ordered patients to sit, go, come here, drink this, etc. like we were puppies. The whole time that she processed my paperwork, she was looking in her lap on her phone. I went in to get some blood work done, and this place was great! They draw blood for routine tests and practically everything else you can think of. I didn't have to make an appointment and they took me right in, I was out the door in about 10 minutes. I didn't have a doctor's order or insurance for the blood test I wanted, and they were able to do it. By the way, they also do stuff like paternity testing and STD's(thank God I didn't have to go for that one!), and their prices were really cheap compared to the other places I called.
