bought a living social voucher , called them, and they made me wait 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment. I obliged , although not thrilled. The day of my appointment i took off work and they never showed up. To add insult to injury, they ignored my calls and because i figured out they were working off a cell phone i sent a text - there response was "WHO IS THESE!!!!" Not too professional. ...read more

Well, I called my Plumber and he said it was a lost cause. I called my Electrician and he said call a Plumber. I called the people who made it and they said to call Watlington Property Police Inc. so I did. John came out and took four screws out and pressed a button and fixed it. I felt very simple, John called Jerry, He told John to disassemble the right heating element and clean it. What the Heck, the thing was clogged with calcium and iron and this is what made my unit fail. I am amazed at the knowledge of this crew. While at my house Jerry and his crew fixed several other Electrical issues I had in minutes and further amazed me! I felt so silly and happy at the same time. LOL ...read more
