Half Price Mattress 9

This was one of the WORST experiences with any business I've ever had!!! My husband and I decided to go to half price for a king size mattress first thing in the morning. We called the store to find out the hours of operation, we were told it was from 10 am to 9 pm, but the employee wouldnt be there till 10:30 because he was running late. We arrived at 10:30 to find a note written on the door that read "back in 20 minutes"...so we waited in the parking lot. Finally, the employee arrives and assisted us with a mattress selection. We were charged the mattress price and the 25.00 delivery fee and off we went. It is now 9:21 pm and we are STILL waiting on our delivery!!! No explainations, no phone calls and NO APOLOGIES!!! just a statement of NO exchanges and NO refunds!!! Sometimes saving a little money isn't worth it!!!!!
