I went into the Palm Springs store 3 weeks ago with sunglass frames that I wanted replaced and wanted another pair. I am still waiting for my glasses that they promised I would have in 2 weeks. It also cost me 451.00. Yes, I have progressive lenses, but 451.00????? Not even contacts. I had an exam for contacts and they gave me samples to try....451.00 and I am still waiting for my glasses. I will never, ever go to them again. They keep calling me to come back in for my final contact exam.?? Where are my eyeglasses? I don't want contacts.In the past, I have gone to other eyeglass stores and come out a hell of a lot cheaper.451.00???? And still waiting...Really? Really? ...read more
