Didn't deliver on Valentine's day because they were "too busy". Called all day to.check on status when not delivered on time, store never answered phone, 1800 number just kept saying to wait. BTW not on Lake Emma anymore and hasn't been for a couple months. Save your money and disappoint when surprise never gets to ure loved one! ...read more
