Halls Pump and Well Service

3.0

By Almeida v

My experience with them is OK but still could be better. THey 1st put in my well 2009, the water wasn't good enough to shower with or drink, it had a fuel and sand in it. You feel dirtier after your shower than before. They said they'd re-drill the well. But they added a filter on and it improved the quality. It soon fell over and I wasn't able to get water, it was spraying out like a hugh fountain. But when I finally got a hold of a guy who took charge he said he'd come out, it was a weekend, n he fixed it n its been fine since. But they have NOT reDrilled the well yet as promised, I've called repeatedly time n again, only to hear they are busy, n will get to it later and its been almost 2 years. You hear on their advertisement that they warranty the well against sand 5 yrs. They only did a temporary fix, n not to the well itself, its hard to get them to act once they did everything. I will give another review if they do re-drill n make good on their promises. ...read more
