Adrian Bruno was assisting us with developing a new website for our business. We paid $250 upfront and 4 weeks later were still no further forward. After chasing on several occasions we were eventually told he could not do the job and would pay us a portion of the $250 back, by way of a payment plan as he was broke! He banked the check in May 2013 on the very day we gave it to him. Its not July 15, 2013 and we have not received a cent!I emailed his father, Keith Bruno, to make him aware of the situation but unfortunately was told it was nothing to do with him as Adrian no longer works for the company! This was July 5 and Adrian's picture still shows him as an employee?Clearly they run a business without being accountable for their shortcomings. Thank you, i am very pleased with their services and i would gladly recommend it to anyone i know (though i have already done that). The fact that they know what they are doing can put you at a relief knowing you are in safe hands! Not have i had my two laptops fixed from them i also got some data recovery which was quality at its best! I can also recommend their Remote troubleshooting help which i have used more than once to solve pc related issues (mostly virus related) and i couldn't be more pleased, so Thank you Mixcat-Computers! ...read more

It turns out that these people also do not seem to understand that their internal note-taking emails out updates to the customer. They left snarky notes about me in their system, which in turn diligently emailed me each of their crabby comments after their terrible service, including crying about the reviews I've posted on sites such as these. I would like to say that I am tickled pink with Mixcat Computers! They are very professional and meticulous. They have an awesome RMA system where everything is logged for accuracy -they even uploaded pictures of my laptop repaired! A sweet touch! And, I was able to log in 24/7 to post questions in my ticket and always got a response within 24-48 hours. They even took the time to double box my laptop, something I should have done, but didn't.
