New Challenge Starting on October 28, 2009
The last 3 Challenges where such a success that I figured out I could hold another at the Chamber of Commerce Building in Kissimmee, and will be an afternoon class. These challenges are outstanding and the adendence for them have really shocked me. This one will have to be small only 12 spots available due to seatiing so don't be shy get in shape for the HOLIDAYS and look your best in 2010. Please call and preregister (no walkins due to limited space for this one), I think it will fill up fast. The last challenge I had 18 people in it and they lost a total of 672 pounds in just 12 weeks, that's an average of 37 pounds per person.
