I pre-paid $165 for round trip transportation to/from Port Canaveral from Orlando. I missed my flight and didn't get to use the transportation. I did not get reimbursed. I have the need again for transportation to/from Port Canaveral/Orlando and asked if I could be credited for the transportation that I never received. Their answer was "We can't do it.".
