I bouth an USED matress from them, but after one week, I tried to change this matress for other product of similar value. They din´t want even to see the matress, they didn´t want to change the matress and even they asked for more 50$ to do it. They don´t have customer service at all, and they don`t care about customers. I asked why they did not want to change this used matress for another product, since they sell used product, and the shape of matress is same than it was when I bought it. I only used it couple days, because my wife got pain on her back, and she did not want to use it any more. I ask for owner phone, but employee did not want to give me his numbre either. I think he was the owner anyway. I am going to take this case to the Customer Service Defender, not for the money ( I wasn`t asking for money back any way, just change it for other used product ), but for the bad business practices these guys use to have.
