This place is a joke. We ordered a part from this company, gave them the model number of AC. Picked up the part and it was the wrong part. Mom had surgery the following Monday (knee replacement) and could not get the part back. The lady on the phone was rude and inconsiderate to my mother. Telling her that she will not allow a return of a part that was never used because THEY ordered the wrong part. Terrible business manners. I usually do not write reviews but this is over the top. An $85.00 part that does not even match the unit. We are not looking for free anything, but a little kindness from the woman on the phone would be nice, as it was there fault in ordering wrong part. ...read more
