I've been going to this studio for about a month now. It is amazing! Each class is different and focuses on a different muscle group to work. The instructors are phenomenal! They are patient, understanding, & don't mind working with you to do better; whether it is in technique or whatever else you need. The workouts are pretty intense, but definitely designed to maximize the fitness progress. Our FitFam here is exceptionally wonderful and motivational. iLoveKickboxing is an amazing workout! You are able to determine your level of workout each class, although the instructors will always be there to help push you to your next level. This is not the typical gym where you will sign up, show up for maybe a month, then continue to pay without ever going again - if you miss more than 12 days you will be contacted (don't ask me how I know it's 12). The instructors are very supportive and get to know you. The classes end up being like a second family - your Fit Fam. Achievements are celebrated by everyone.
