The Langstons were hired to sell the contents of our elderly grandfather's home. We feel that this company preys on the elderly and took advantage of our grandfather. He was promised a substantial amount of money for all of the antiques, furniture,appliances and many other items he had in his home. After the sale took place, we were disappointed in the amount the Langstons said was made. They took out large sums of funds for advertising and cleaning fees and showed no proof of this being done. It took many phone calls and numerous attempts to contact the company to receive payment. We received two checks that bounced due to insufficient funds. We finally threatened to take legal action and only then almost four months after the sale were we issued a legitimate check. Don't be fooled by how nice they seem when you first meet them. They will not only not pay you what the contents of your home is worth, they will try to not pay you at all! ...read more

Loved our unit. Skilled mangement, very friendly & thanks for all the candy. Reasonable rates, although, for the price, I think you should have washer and dryers, or let an option be of a stackable. It's hard to carry laundry to another building when you've have a disibility. Nice pool, but should have been included with rental price. Absolute wonderful landscaping and snow removal. I moved only because I bought a house, otherwise I most likely would have stayed. I don't want to forget maintaintance, Same day service, no, I take that back, with in 30 minutes on call. Whatever you need to sell do not go through this company. They seemed very nice at first said they would take all the furniture and other items not just antiques, quoted us a decent price then tried to change it day of pick up. The day of pick up they called trying to lower the price already agreed on knowing that we had to have the items out because the lease on my grandmother’s place was running up.
