2 major problems: They had to return 3 times to fix the installation of a new A/C and then I still had to fix another problem after they left. I also had to explain to the technician the difference between a parallel and series electrical installation when he was installing the automatic cut off switches. They also insist on you buying an annual maintenance package, that can cost up to $ 300 per year, even after they sell you a 10 year parts and labor warranty and if you don't buy it, then they put you at the back of the service list when you call for a repair. even though I am an ex employee of Lisa Huff & R & E if I were to need a maid service it would definitely no questions asked be maid your day cleaning they are an awesome business team not only were they great people to work for good friends but they do a most wonderful job on all their homes that they clean... not just a cleaning service se pa do pressure washing window cleaning & they go above and beyond to do whatever special request their customers have for example some of their customers have a hard time getting around so Lisa Randy will go grocery shopping for them they will set up their Christmas trees of some of them want their Christmas tree setup they will unpack & pack there is a trillion things that I've seen them do for their? Worst experience ever! They had great customer service until they finished the job . DO NOT entrust them with your business. They are an over promise under deliver business. Their craftman ship is not up to par with the rest of industry. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to take it to a quailty business. The best part of the experience is when they left my home! Now I am paying another company to remove the counters they installed.
