The FDA has announced it will release a proposal for regulating electronic cigarettes by April of this year. The regulations could spell trouble for the electronic cigarette industry as a whole, severely limit choices for you the consumer, and drive small businesses likeAmerica’s Choice E-Cigarettes out of business entirely. To prevent this from happening, it is up to us to make sure our voices are heard. We must remain vigilant and active in these times of uncertainty.
