I had some electronics scrap I was looking to sell. Another place in Jacksonville the guy was real sleazy, trying to rip me off. I took it to Scrap Rats instead. Not only did they give me a significantly higher price overall, they even sorted through my stuff to give me the maximum it was worth, instead of just a basic price because it was all mixed in. I ordered a dumpster from Arwood and during our cleaning process, we had made a huge mess and was going to clean it up after the dumpster was gone so we could get everything underneath as well, to my surprise, when I looked out my window, the driver was cleaning up the mess and sweeping the driveway. I rented a portable restroom for an event at Jacksonville Methodist on 6/13/14. The driver was very prompt and polite, but after the driver left we realized there was not any toilet paper or hand sanitizers. I came in immediately and e-mailed the owner and advised of the situation. Within the next few hours someone delivered the much needed supplies!
