Do not allow this company to manage your property. They never performed a 6 month inspection on our property and when the tenent left, we discovered there had been a fire in the kitchen. After notifying them of my displeasure of their service I terminated their service. They decided they wanted to keep their commission for the next 3 months and refused to reimburse me. Their service is below par for any management company. I also had to replace sod over the property because Weichert Realtors Hometown First failed to manage my property. I went there a few years back and vowed to never go back. Unfortunately for me and the others here in Jacksonville, there are no other options. You do you have to watch a video regardless of experience with firearms. There are zero silhouettes allowed on the range. The biggest downfall for the range is the staff. They are rude, obnoxious, and basically just suck the fun out of being there. On the contrary, I went back there with a buddy that is a member and we shot on the member only ranges.
