The gentleman who took care of me and my 5 year old daughter on December 1st was amazing. Moving has already been very stressful, and a complete nightmare with JEA. We are going from Windstream to Comcast. If you people want to complain, try paying $80 a month for slow internet that works sometimes from Windstream. This gentleman made me smile and laugh when I was at my breaking point, while giving us an excellent deal with the service we want. He gave us our equipment in a cute baggy and explained how to call once it was all hooked up. It took 5 minutes to hook it all up and 5 more with the cal until we had internet.
