One example of our great customer service was when a client existing insurance would not cover her annual physical examination nor would it cover any of the necessary lab work. She needed a total of 7 tests for which the cost was going to be $948.00. She forwarded the required tests to Medstat and over the phone they quoted her $297.00. She paid it with her credit card, we faxed her the form she needed to carry to the lab after setting the appointment, she waited less than 20 minutes!
