I rate a company based on customer service.. We had a leak repair done to our pool, which leaked again within a week. We tried called several times to no avail no response. We had to pay another pool company to come out to correct to issue. My wife left a google review about our experience with the company. She then gets a call from the owner. He begins cursing her out for the negative review. Threatening to take her to court. We do not condone threats. We will never recommend anyone to use this company. ...read more

Personal Service

When it comes to Pool Service you want a company that cares about your needs. If you've dealt with larger companies you know what it's like to call the office and the person answering the phone is not the person that actually services your pool. So the office has to get in contact with the "pool technician" and find out what's going on then get back to you with an answer. That doesn't happen withSUE BROWN. Sue’s mission is to make every customer satisfied in knowing that their water is balanced and ready to swim in all the time. Most of our customers are referred to us by our satisfied customers, many of them have been with her for many years. They suggest Sue Brown because she has created valuable relationships for over 20 years through integrity, quality of work, and great service. Why take a chance of damaging the inside of your car with Chlorine plus the time getting a water sample, going to the pool store, waiting in line, then bringing back the chemicals that a person standing behind the counter thinks your pool needs. That person doesn't know your pool and many times doesn't ask the right questions to find out what's going on with the pool, pump or filter. It's like trying to get a diagnosis for your health over the internet. When you are a customer of ours, the same person is at your pool week after week and has the chemicals on the truck for fix almost any problem on the spot. Do you know someone who needs pool service?Just contact us by phone or send an email to us with their informationand if we start servicing their pool we will send you $50.00  ...read more
