Had a great moving experience with Household Van Lines before Christmas. We needed to move with a few days' notice. I called Household Van Lines and these guys were the only ones ready to take on this move. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Our crew arrived a few minutes early. Did a walk-through to review the job and plan it together, room by room. Our movers were careful with how they handled every item. They communicated very well. My move from Florida to New Jersey was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Household Van Lines. Before choosing Household Van Lines, I got multiple quotes from various moving firms. Most of them were brokers, which I did not like because we would have no ideas who actually would have temporary possession of our belongings. John, the Household Van Lines’ Sales rep. followed up with me and visited my apt to give me a realistic and adjusted quote. After revising the inventory list, I signed the contract. Two weeks before the moving day, John called me to confirm the date & time. On the moving day, the crew was on time, organized, professional and efficient. Two weeks passed and in New Jersey at our new home, our belongings arrived in a 16 wheeler truck safe and sound.
