Sandy Hamel in the last week- I found Mr. Milgrim on the internet after trying unsuccessfully to resolve the issue of walking my dogs in the common areas of the property where I purchased a villa. My 2 dogs had already been accepted by the Board of Directors since their acceptance was my only contingency to the purchase. Mr. Milgrim responded the same day I had placed a request for consultation. He was confident that he could resolve the issue and he certainly did. I could not have been happier with his knowledge and professionalism. He acted immediately upon my approval of the letter he proposed to send to the Villa Association.The issue was resolved immediately upon receipt of the letter. In fact, upon receipt of his letter, the Association attorney said that it was the most well-written and comprehensive letter he had ever received in his career!
