This particular elevator company services Bay Garden Manor, Miami beach, fl. Well service to say the least. The elevators break down every and I mean every weekend. Sometimes it takes this otis elevator company 2 months to locate " a part". I never in my life saw a company lacking in parts for their own elevators.
